Welcome to DraftFast ("we," "our," or "us"). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use our Chrome Extension and website (https://draftfast.app).

2. Data Collection (The Crucial Mechanism)

DraftFast is designed with a "Zero-Storage" privacy architecture.

  • Reading Chat Data: To generate reply suggestions, the Extension temporarily reads the last 6 messages visible in your active WhatsApp Web chat window.
  • Ephemeral Processing: This data is processed ephemerally. The text of these messages is sent securely to our LLM API solely to generate the 3 reply options.
  • No Server Storage: We do not log, store, track, persist, or save any customer conversation data on any database, hard drive, or permanent server. Once the reply options are generated, the context is immediately discarded and is irrecoverable.

We do not collect or store any other data from your browsing history, cookies (from other sites), or keystrokes outside of the active WhatsApp chat for the specific purpose of generating replies.

3. Data Usage

The only use of the text from the last 6 messages is:

  1. To generate the three (3) AI reply options you request.
  2. To monitor aggregate API usage for security and billing purposes (e.g., total number of requests made, not the content of the requests).

We do not use your conversation data for training our AI models.

4. Cookies and Tracking

We use essential cookies solely for the functionality of our website and payment processing.

  • Stripe Cookies: We use Stripe for payment processing. Stripe may place necessary cookies to process your transaction and prevent fraud. We do not use third-party advertising or analytics cookies on the Extension itself.

5. Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party partners to operate our service. These partners process data only on our behalf to provide the service.

  • Stripe (Payment Processing): Stripe collects your payment details (name, email, credit card information) solely to process the lifetime deal transaction. Your financial data is never stored by DraftFast; it is stored directly by Stripe on their secure servers.
  • Resend (Email Notifications): We use Resend to send you order confirmations and product updates. We share your email address with Resend strictly for the purpose of sending these communications.

6. User Rights

Since we do not store your chat data, there is no user data to access, rectify, or delete regarding the content of your conversations. However, regarding your personal information (name and email):

  • Access & Correction: You can update your profile information via the links provided in our emails.
  • Deletion: You may request the deletion of your account and associated contact information by emailing us at hello@draftfast.app.

7. Data Security

We implement robust security measures (including HTTPS/TLS encryption) to protect the ephemeral transmission of data. Because we do not store conversation data, the risk of data breach regarding your customer chats is practically eliminated.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page.
