1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the DraftFast Chrome Extension ("DraftFast," "we," "our," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Extension.

2. Description of Service & Pre-Sale Structure

DraftFast is a Chrome Extension designed to assist customer support agents by generating AI-powered reply suggestions for WhatsApp Web.

Important Early-Access Notice: The product is currently offered as a "Founder's Lifetime Deal" during a pre-sell/early-access phase.

  • The software is expected to be fully delivered and functional within 7 business days of your purchase.
  • Features may be limited during this early access period.
  • By purchasing, you acknowledge that you are buying into the future development roadmap of the product and accept the current "Beta" status.

3. One-Time Payment Terms

  • Fee: You are charged a one-time fee of $19 (USD) for lifetime access to the Extension.
  • Payment Processor: All payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your credit card details.
  • Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of the product, all sales are final. Refunds are available only if the Extension fails to function for its intended purpose (WhatsApp reply generation) and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe. Refund requests must be sent to hello@draftfast.app.

4. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the DraftFast Extension, including the underlying AI prompts and software architecture, are owned by the developer. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Extension for your personal or internal business use.

5. Fair Use Policy

To ensure the stability and performance of the service for all users, we enforce a Fair Use Policy regarding backend token usage.

  • Prohibited Activity: You agree not to use automated scripts, bots, or tools that generate excessive or bulk requests to the DraftFast API to circumvent the intended use of the product.
  • Abuse: If we detect automated script abuse that places an undue burden on server overhead, we reserve the right to throttle your access or, in severe cases, terminate your license without refund.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DraftFast is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that the generated AI replies will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific business needs.

  • DraftFast is a productivity tool and does not replace human judgment.
  • Under no circumstances shall DraftFast be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or goodwill, resulting from the use of the Extension.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delaware.
